William Rounds is a partner of US Legal Group, APC. He is admitted to practice law in the state of California, as well as before the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California and in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Rounds has broad experience handling a wide variety of cases. He regularly represents clients in immigration matters, both in immigration court and with USCIS. He has conducted numerous trials in immigration court before judges and in immigration courts throughout the country. Mr. Rounds also regularly represents people in family law matters including divorce, child custody, restraining orders, and many other related matters. Mr. Rounds has also represented numerous clients in criminal cases throughout Southern California. He has represented clients in civil jury trials, bench trials before judges, with the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in oral arguments before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Rounds received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah with a minor in Spanish. He continues to speak very good Spanish, which has been a tremendous asset in communicating with many clients and witnesses in his cases who are more comfortable expressing themselves in Spanish than in English. He received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
